I am a professional photographer and was only able to switch my workflow to ubuntu/linux thanks to fabulous darktable - thank you ! but this time there is a serious bug, could you please repair it??

    thanks in advance

  7. Is the d7200 supported yet? Many thanks for the great work.
  8. You are awesome, guys! Thank you so much!
  9. Thank you so much for such great work!
  10. WB presets for my X-E2, thank you so much!
  11. Great, Darktable is getting better with very release!

I have a question about opencl - is it possible to make the GPU do all the rendering? My 750Ti is perhaps 10 times faster than then CPU. The difference is most evident in the Equalizer module GPU renders the whole image under 0.1 sec and the CPU takes over 1 sec to render the preview. I believe if the GPU did both, the response times would be much better.
  12. Hi, just letting you know that the OSX install for v1.6.4 is not there yet?
  13. Hi there, im following your work for years. Go on for the good job. But im a mac user and i need a .dmg-file to install it. Server tells me 404.
  14. Is there an estimate when the OS X .dmg release file will be available?
  15. Is there an estimate date when the OS X version be available?

I'd like to intsall 1.6.4 for Mac Os, OI try to download from https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable/releases/download/release-1.6.4/darktable-1.6.4.dmg, but all I get is a "Page not found" screen from Github!
  17. Mac OSX DMG file not available on your site.. it sends me to error 404.. hoping for a fix because I really like using Darktable and would love to try the new version.
  18. Update process is exactly the same as installing on OS X, see http://www.darktable.org/install/#osx
  19. Sorry for the delay, OS X DMG package for 1.6.4 release is now available.
  20. Again a great job. I am glad I can use Linux for my photography. One thing I have noticed with the new update (installed from Pascal's pps into Ubuntu 14.04) the "toggle side borders" is working in only one direction with TAB. And default darktable opens with all the borders closed. I need to open them one by one. Although this is a minor issue, this might become annoying soon. Anyone else noticed this issue?
  21. I would really like to use Darktable but the font in the GUI is way too small for me to be able to read on my MacBook Pro. Is the any consideration being given to making the font size a user selected variable?
  22. this has been answered a number of times before

    http://www.google.com/search?q=site:darktable.org+font+size+"macbook+pro"

    good luck
  23. Thx so much for Fujifilm X-E2 update!
  24. Awesome Work !
  25. We are not aware of any particularly serious issue with 1.6.4

Are you sure your system is reliable to begin with? Many vague reported issues turn out to be failing computers. Does memtest report any issues if run for several hours? Does your disk report SMART errors?

Also please install the darktable-dbg package, then if you experience a crash, please look in /tmp for a backtrace ("bt") file, which you can report in our Redmine:

    http://darktable.org/redmine/issues

Please include exactly what you were doing when the crash happened.
  26. This has already been requested and been responded too:

    http://darktable.org/redmine/issues/10382

Summary, we will support the D7200 at some point in the not so near future, since we can't reliably support it quite yet.
  27. I just got update from fedora updates.
    Great work. Thank you.
  28. Hey!
When will be this version available to download on Linux Mint 17 repository?
    Thanks!
  29. Look here, works great:
